The Council of Europe will attend the 11th edition of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF), to be held from 6 to 9 December in Guadalajara, Mexico.
This annual forum provides a global platform for stakeholders from around the world to debate, exchange ideas and share good practices and experiences relating to Internet policies, including the respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms online.
