In 2024, GRETA continued monitoring the implementation of the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings, ratified by all 46 member states plus Belarus and Israel. Its 14th General Report reviews activities, evaluations, and cooperation efforts, highlighting 15 years of progress and ongoing challenges in protecting victims’ rights and combating trafficking.
