Un outil particulièrement utile pour les professionnels de l'éducation, pour la mise en œuvre du Cadre de référence des compétences pour une culture de la démocratie

Ce manuel a été pensé par le Conseil de l’Europe pour accompagner la mise en oeuvre du Cadre de référence des compétences pour une culture de la démocratie (CRCCD). Le CRCCD est un ensemble de documents et d’outils développés autour d’un modèle de compétences qui regroupe les valeurs, les attitudes, les aptitudes, les connaissances et la compréhension critique nécessaires à une participation efficace dans des sociétés démocratiques et culturellement diverses.

Le CRCCD peut donc être un outil utile pour tous les acteurs et actrices de l’éducation, tels que les responsables des politiques éducatives, les concepteurs de programmes, les directeurs d’école, les éducateurs, les formateurs d’enseignants, les universitaires, les chercheurs et tous les professionnels qui interagissent directement avec les apprenants de tous âges.

Cette publication comprend les informations nécessaires aux organisateurs d’une formation d’introduction au CRCCD destinée aux professionnels de l’éducation, ainsi que des lignes directrices pour dispenser la formation. La formation a été intentionnellement conçue pour s’appuyer dans une très large mesure sur les différents volumes du CRCCD et les divers documents d’orientation afférents, sur l’utilisation de l’outil de réflexion pour les enseignants basé sur le CRCCD et quelques autres ressources du Conseil de l’Europe.
